Atmanirbhar Yuva Trust (ABYT) is an initiative dedicated to empowering India’s youth with the vision, skills, and support needed to build thriving local businesses. Our aim is to ignite entrepreneurial thinking among young individuals, particularly in underserved rural and semi-urban areas, enabling them to shape their futures on their own terms.

Letter from The Founder
Back in 1970 , I use to run a very small business of tobacco & betel nuts (supari),Paan into weekly Bazar (Market)in different small villages nearby to support family, but could not continue started working to support family. Later worked at lab assistant at school , clerk at school ,joint MSEB and finally landed job at Bank of Maharashtra which was life changing opportunity. Helped in understand financial and Multiply business and Good leadership role & Entrepreneurial decision making.
During BOM days, always wanted to start business again, But can’t able to do so.
During same time realised the gap or lack of business & entrepreneurs from rural and semi urban areas are missing. and least mentorship and training available in such area.
Later Started Finance and legal Consultancy, help multiply business from Sub urban , rural and tribal area in finance and legal help them scaling the businesses in training staff in accounting , sales , export and finance.
In Past, it can be seen many businessman & Industrialists came from rural and semi urban India . But today its total changed.
Decided to bring young entrepreneurs and Vintage mentors and industry expert together to empower youth and women entrepreneur in Sub urban , rural and tribal area and create visionary leaders for tomorrow and Founded Atmanirbhar yuva trust.– Adv. Annaji Ramchandra Sorthe
